AUG COMP RESULTS

[CVP]

Righty ho, the judging committee has met and after suitable lubrication via the pub the results are in.

A highly commended to mmertens for this, a nice thought provoking image

3rd place to miniman for this lovely one of somebody so full of life

2nd place to Cuban for this one of the salmon's struggle to create new life

and top dog this month....
1st place - CY88 for this.
Some might say a slightly cliched type of image but I really like it. For me an image that bridges the generations of life.

Congratulations to all, some really clever interpretations of a very wide subject matter.

Over to you CY88 for the next topic

love that pic. top job

[Cuban]

Wow thanks Chris, I never expected to even feature in the results!

Well done to CY88, cracking shot.

[Yellabelly]

Well done CY88 it was always my favourite of the entries but there hava been some excellent photos as usual, well done to cuban and mimiman also.

So what's September's theme to be?

[mmertens]

Whilst CY88's "foot-in-hand" is of course the well-deserved winner (and congrats for that, CY!), I must admit to being more than a bit chuffed with the honorable mention. First time I made it to the "shortlist"...! Thanks for that, CVP.

[miniman]

Cool! Thanks

[Dogsey]

CY88 ... another fantastic image!

[Scoobylicious]

Well done everyone, couldn't agree more with the result.

[CY88]

Oh my .... that is very kind!

Thank you CVP, and others, for the comments. I guess I should get thinking about a September theme?
