MPG to MP3 Ripping - need a program

I need to rip some audio from mpg files. Anyone recommend a util for XP (preferably free) to do this?

Free. Google, download, install.

Open MPG file in program. Go to Streams > Stream List. Click "Save WAV" button. Specify file name. Job done.
