Hi
Been browsing the site for months now, so thought it was about time to join up.
This is my fiesta Si anyways, I know its nothing special compared to most of the cars on here!..But I'm only 17, so a 1.6 16v zetec motor isn't too bad smile
Its had a few mods...Full spax suspension, Mongoose SS exhaust, 15" alloys, K&N etc...Anyway, let me know what you think. Please dont say its 'chavvy'!

Very nice first car smile Chavvy would be if you had spent your cash on a "bad boy" bonnet and stupid spoiler rather than decent suspension.

And as you have written a coherent post, and not gone for the full 'baked bean can exhaust', neons or anything else dodgy - WELCOME!

You know you want some cossie wheels on there! Very nice looking fiesta, I do like the Si's when they haven't had their bodywork changed. And the wingbacks look comfy.

All you need to do now is find a wrecked puma, get the 1.7 VCT engine in there, its a really light engine and would be great in the fester. Its a popular swap with the Zetec-s boys.

For a 1st car that is sweet.

Isn't the insurance high though?

Nice one, I had a mk4 fiesta as my first car, great cars for beginners. I always liked the shoulder/wings/support things on these si's. The car is not chavvy, mods are for performance and aural benefits. Enjoy driving it on proper roads though rather than doing laps round your town and sitting in homebase car park chatting up 15 year old girls, now that would be chavvy

Thanks for all the kind comments guys, much appreciated biggrin

Made me chuckle the comments about the cossie wheels and the puma engine, im looking for both! ..Think the engine might have to wait a while though due to insurance, but its quick nuff' for now anyways!

The insurnace is abit high yeah, but its my passion/hobby, so its worth it smile
Hehe, dont worry, its never going to a homebase carpark! (Unless i actually need some sort of DIY equipment, where it will be parked in a straight line, with the bonnet down and stereo off!) laugh

Very nice little motor there sir.

I had a MkIV fiesta for my 1st car and it was a hoot to rag along the North Yorkshire roads driving

All the best with it.
