Problem with Outlook 2003
Discussion
Copying PST file is an excellent suggestion. In addition I'd look in the Event Log to see if anything in particular seems to be triggering it... It depends on how techy you want to get..
Go to here, Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Event Viewer ,to check it.. Take a look at the Application log and see if there are any errors or warnings flagged, if not check the System one.. I'd also advise emptying these and then re-trying Outlook, so that you know the events logged in these are the ones you are interested in and not from other apps. misbehaving or from a few days/hours ago..
