E30 tyre pressures?

I recently purchased a 1980 318is and, although I had it at the time of purchase, I seem to have mislaid the owners manual! In my defence there is a lot of work going on at the house and so nothing is in it's place.

Can anyone advise me on tyre pressures? Tyres are 205/55/15 and mileage is mostly motorway.

40psi in the rear and 25psi in the front should make the car fun to drive

Seriously though, 30 all round should be fine. Garage meters can be miles out anyway.

LOL, yeah we did that one night in the Mustang. Was fun.

I've been keeping it at 30 all round but it hasn't felt as much fun as it was when I bought it. Thanks.
