does that read as 'static cameras don't work so we're trying something else'?

Today new Deputy Mayor Jenny Jones said: "Too many children are killed or seriously hurt by speeding traffic."
This is the car-hating Green Party nutter who's just been appointed as Ken's chief sidekick. She's hardly been in office 5 minutes, and already she's branding motorists as child-killers. I think we can expect to hear a lot more of this sort of sh*te from her unfortunately.

You bet their in a panic cos the accident figures have gone up since they started this speeding thing, two thirds of all accied=ant are below 30 mph and outsides these cameras and proof money is really the main issue.

The propaganda machine is in full flow.

Makes me want to throw up. I can see a lot of people falling for it though.

Ms Jones also said "These mobile enforcement vans will play an important role in slowing drivers down, especially around schools and in community areas. "

So if we spot one of these monitoring, say, the A4 towards Hogarth Roundabout, we can get hold of her and inform her that it's improperly positioned.
