Has anyone managed to fit Cosworth 4 pot calipers to their chim.
I have got some and it would seem that they nearly fit but not quite, lokos like they need about 5mm of material from the mounting lug removed. Think that that is too much. From what I understand the correct hubs for tha calipers are different to the std sierra ones and they will not fit either.
Also is it possible to grove your own disks? I don't think that they are hardened or anything and a good engineering shop should easily do the job.

you would need hubs off a 2wd cosworth, which are slighting different they are an inch taller

plus the calipers are a heavy old affair (as i'm sure your aware) personally i wouldn't bother (they also have a nast habit of siezing pistons)

If you can source some Granada cosworth calipers, they will bolt on after you drill out the carrier holes to 12mm. I think you then use cossie 4wd discs which are 278mm.

PM Bomber Denton, as he is currently doing this.

2wd cossie discs (283mm) will fit under Granada cosworth calipers,(just), this is what I have been running for the last few years, no problems.

You need the calipers from the 4WD Sierra Cosworth with the Discs from the 2wd one.
