Xenons: change to driving in France?

Hi everyone, i was hoping someone could help. Does anyone know what needs to be done to the xenon lights on the R56 cooper s for driving on the right-hand side of the road?

I've looked in the handbook, which mentions a refraction film, but i always thought that this was for halogen lights only? Does anyone know if there is just a switch which needs to be switched?

Any help appreciated, if not i'll have to ring the dealers and see if they can advise.
