Help required to remove PCM/Sat Nav unit
Discussion
Slightly OT, but does anyone with PCM know of anyone who can clone sims, I really dont relish the idea of having to swop and chop sims every time I want to go for a spin... I would much rather just clone the sim..
I know its 'doable' but does anyone 'do it' ?
Only other option i have is call forwarding to a second SIM i suppose.
thnx

Jamie,
I was lucky to find the car, as I just sold my Boxster on the Thursday night and decided to have a look at a couple of 996s that weekend. Living in central scotland, I didn't want to travel too far to look at cars, so decided to see what was on offer locally. The selection in the edinburgh and glasgow OPCs was poor with only high mileage, low spec 996s available for £40k ish, so after looking in autotrader I found a small garage in edinburgh who specialise in Mercs & BMs, that had a 996 for sale, which the owner had bought from his neighbour.
After a quick inspection and a test drive I placed a deposit and had a OPC do a 100 point check on it.
No real problems, so I bought it.

Funny thing is the sales manager from the local OPC was trying to buy the car too, to slap £6k onto it and put it on his forecourt, but he was too slow, I got there first !!!
