Another well run MSE day. Only downside was for my mate in the Mk2 Turbo, his engine expired spectacularly on his way home!

Good to meet you too John. I'm planning to do Hullavington on 23rd November, mainly because the date suits. Maybe see you there.

That's bad news on your mate's MR2 - presume that was the Mk. 2? Will he go for a rebuild do you think, or is it new car time?

Hullavington is a possibility, we'll also be doing Snetterton, Bedford and Silverstone before the end of the year in the Elise. Also fancy doing Pembrey if we can get the car ready in time.

Yes, it was the Mk2 that went bang. It's now being used as a good excuse to go for a bigger turbo and more power!
