well it does your heart no good when you start the car up in the garage and you see smoke coming out the bonnet and smelling not good. After the nice boys at Racing Green helped me out it was traced to the pas pump not working quite right.
Now to get the car in to RG is not a problem as I will have to go to the gym....but when it is there getting the spare part could well be,if they can get the spare from TVR(heheheh) it will be over £400. I've had no joy with the few breakers I phoned. I really don't want the car off the road for 3 months plus again.

Any one got any ideas and phone numbers of people who can help me, a T350 or Tamora pump will do but a Tuscan one is no good apparentley.

I am not certain, but if you can get the pump off (which is not too difficult), take it into Ford, Vauxhall, and Mercedes dealers. I am resonably sure one of them will recognise it.

My guess is its Mercedes.

If im wrong - it is still worth a go

I would assume it's the same as the Tuscan 2 in which case it's a Peugeot item.

Looks slightly different mine has a reservoir on the end for the fluid, but has been mentioned on past posts that it is a Peugeot item.

thanks for the help, apparently the Tuscan ones (mk1 and 2)are both different.

have found a breakers yard in Bristol recommended by RG and they have one, so it is being sent over to hopefully be put in next week.
