Fitting of wiper

I cant seem to figure out how the wiper blade is supposed to be fitted to the arm. It seems like we are missing a piece

Yep thats the wrong clip in the wiper.... Waynes kit never had any either. I went to a Motor Factor and they a Box full of unused wiper adptors...

[San Diego GTR]

Here is my blade. It comes with a small plastic bracket and a rivet and washer. I assume it goes on one of the following 2 ways, but I haven't looked at the build manual to verify which way. Does anyone know?
