I thought changing the heater flap motor would be easy !

It is - apart frpm the wiring ?????

The wiring colours on the original are red, blue, green, black, & 2 white.

The new one I have from TVR power has red, blue, green, black, & 2 yellow - but in different locations.

Tried mtching the colours but no joy, tried matching the locations but still no joy.

How hard can it be ???

Heater flap motor is not a difficult job after all.

The only complicated thing is knowing that the first time you plug it all in and turn on the ignition, the flap must be fully down and the microswitch operated.

Otherwise the motor goes backwards (and it takes you hours to figure out why !!! )
