Well.... My car has thrown up a similar experience.

I seem to have accumulated a few stickers from new tyres, shocks, springs etc.

I thought, "I'll keep them somewhere dry, in case someone wants to adorn their car with them", and decided the driest, safest place is behind the lift up Velcro at the top of the boot........ and what do I find..........

















A Multi CD player

Clearly, after five months of ownership, I'm not the most observant of owners.

Only thing is, I can't work out to load my CD's in to the little carry case. In fact, I've managed to snap A CD trying to load one, but I reckon I'm still in the Black, all the same.

Has anyone else found any pleasant surprises, A porn mag collection for instance ?

Ha!

Depends what type is is - I assume you've got the cartridge out of the player? Usually the CDs either just slide into slots, or at one corner there'll be a little catch which will enable the tray for each CD to sort of swing out.

There shouldn't be any forcing required.

There might be a little grey swivel catch thingy in the corner to release each CD drawer?

I found a cd changer in the boot of the volvo the other day, purely by accident! - a bit of the trim fell off and there it was! Dont know why it has one as the head unit has a changer built in already??

Strangely, when getting stopped by the police for duff plates, they were most surprised to learn that my car survives untouched down my road.

The local kids must think I'm some sort of "gangsta"

I found a Ace of hearts with quite a saucy lady posing legs a kimbo in the passenger inner wing when I was trying to change my headlight lens last year. How it got in there I'll never know.

The story is, that the workers used to put all sorts of things in the body cavities just for fun - some of the original old British good fun and larking about - such a shame that Russian bloke F****d it all up.

Hope ya dont mind me dippin in to cerby forum but just opened my boot (raely do I do it) and discovered I have a spacesaver wheel....nothing unusual except that it isnt mine as mine is still alongside where the car lives in the garage!!!
