Servicing/Warranty question
Discussion
I've got a 55 Tuscan Convertible and it is due is 12,000 mile service in the next few weeks.
If the 3 year warranties were still being honoured, I would get the service done at a main dealer. But from what I can gather, they haven't been paying out on the warranties for some time.
This seems to suggest that a good independent is the right route, given the £400+ saving to be made. However, I am concerned that if TVR ever 'returns' and the warranties are then honoured, I wouldn't be able to claim.
Any thoughts?
Also, if TVR aren't honouring the warranties and there are no new cars being supplied, how can a dealer desribe themselves as a 'main dealer'?

As long as TVR exist then they can have a main dealer network if they wish. It is of limited value now and the surprise is how many businesses continue to be main dealers.Gassing Station | General TVR Stuff & Gossip | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
