Snooper camera detector - hard wiring query?

sorry if this is in the wrong place - mods feel free to move accordingly

anyway - i have the Snooper camera machine - but i have a slight problem - if the audio system is anything above a whisper i cannot hear the alerts

now i've not got a boom box - just the standard Jeep Infinity Gold system - which is quite good

the Snooper can be hard wired into the car - but does anybody know if it can be wired in such a way that alerts mute the audio - as does my Nokia carphone system?

Is this a sat nav such as the Snooper Indago? You can increase the volume on those. Otherwise contact Snooper Tech Support for advice.

I have a Snooper Strabo and an open issue with Snooper tech support about the volume. Even on highest it's no use at anything over 50 in the TVR.
