TEST TRACKS IN SURREY?

I was wondering whether anyone could help me identify any test tracks in Surrey (I'm around Guildford). Looking through the events calenders of the usual organisers of track days it's becoming more and more limiting based on a) location - a majority of the tracks (especially for the cheaper days) are up north, b) noise limits - Goodwood is my closest but my bike engined westfield won't pass the db limit and c) price - it's getting expensive doing the major tracks plus a night's accomodation.
Was wondering whether there were any cheaper (even if less impressive) test tracks open to the public for the weekends when I can't be bothered to travel halfway across the country! I'm a relative novice to this, and have done half a dozen track days, but getting somewhat bored of Bedford!!

You used to be able to do a bit of hooning round the cones at Brooklands, but no more. Dunsfold is a possibility for this now.
Lydden Hill doesn't have that many public track days, which is possibly the only other option outside of the expensive local-ish ones of Brands and Goodwood (which is very exensive on noisy days).
To be honest if there was a cheap, noise friendly circuit in the South-East it would be booked up years in advance.
What about going over to France ? Probably quicker than driving to Oulton etc

Dunsfold can be hired out by the hour for exclusive (ie single car) use on the top Gear test track layout, but its about £100/hr I think so its going to cost as much as travelling to a proper trackday if you do more than an hour or two.
Other than that, Rockingham (above Kettering) is easily do-able in a day (under 2.5 hours each way from Guildford) and there's often weekend trackdays at 105Db so fine for a BEC.
Llandow below Cardiff is another one just about OK for a day trip if towing (about 3.5hrs), and its very cheap with fairly relaxed noise limits.
