How wide do you require your garage to be to get a Diablo in, and be able to get out of the thing (i.e. get the doors open without trashing them into the wall).

With the doors opening upwards, absolutely no danger of trashing them on the wall.

You'd be suprised at just how small a garage you can fit one into.

I wasn't sure if the opening was on a slightl angle or not, but thanks for the ridicule tongue out

So with the doors open what clear height to I need as I have runners for the electric door above?

I posted the dimensions for the Diablo on your other thread, they might have very minor differences over the 8 or 9 years of manufacture but those were basically the numbers!

From memory, I'd say that Countach/Diablo/Murciélago doors don't ... quite ... double the height of the car when opened and only those questionable fidget-about-sideways-a-bit things that some people fit on car doors (which normally open sideways) also do the upwards opening at an angle which is nothing like straight up and down... width issues apply obviously in those circumstances.

If you check the website for Top Gear Specialist cars in Scotland you'll see that they have a number of Diablos and Murciélagos for sale at the moment and almost always show the cars from the side with doors shut and also open (making hours of mostly harmless fun to be had for the very impressionable, like me!)

www.topgear-cars.co.uk

and then go to the 'showroom' page and pick yourself a Diablo or a Murciélago to play with!

as mentioned previously: the dark side is calling you!!
