Have already posted in the Porsche section (given we`re driving a GT3 !) For the great unwashed who don`t drive Porsches :

Well we`re here !

Will try and post a few reports as the weekend pans out but please forgive if I struggle, quite a lot to sort out as you might imagine.

Car running well out of the bag, all the guys happy with the set up and now safely qualified. Didn`t worry too much about the ultimate times, more concerned with getting everyone back in one piece.

Loads of traffic as you might imagine as we all get released at the same time don`t want to put it in the gravel just yet.

Loads of high profile teams including a BMW piloted by none other than Clarkson, May, Hammond & the Stig. Filming it for a TV special by the look of things. If ever there was a bunch of drivers who hadn`t got a clue - like bunnies caught in the glare of headlights. It`ll make a great programme.

Weather is looking good for the weekend so if you fancy a run out pop over. Loads going on, we`re in garage 6A if you want to drop in and give us some love

Will try to post again soon.

The 24hr race was well worth going to i was there from friday through sunday, we had a race-team entered for the 1st time, was a good weekend, even though we did have a few problems with out car at least we finished which is what we set out to do and win our class, if we had not had a coupe of major problems we would of finished in the top 3 in our class even though there were only 5 starters.

i hope to take part in a 24hr race wen i get my license as i am in process of learing about racing as have been at races since i was 1yrs old as my dad races in the MG owners club, next on our list is to do the race at the nurenburg ring (however it spelt) in germany.

Nurburgring

Make sure it's the Nordschleife not Bernie's go-kart track of the same name!
