Best clear light conversion kit
Discussion
I know this should probably be in the BMW forum and feel free to move it, just thought it would get more of a response here.
I'm wondering where to get the cheapest and best (so I suppose best overall value) clear lense - front, back and sides - kit for an e39 5 series, '96 model if it makes any difference.
Cheers

I got my 2001 style rear lights new, from a German company on E-Bay, they are not OEM but are pretty good and you couldn't tell they are fake! Only cost £80 ish. I think he is still selling them now.I'm wondering where to get the cheapest and best (so I suppose best overall value) clear lense - front, back and sides - kit for an e39 5 series, '96 model if it makes any difference.

I have also just purchased some new orginal genuine BMW clear side repeaters from Parts Auction. co. uk for £6 each, half the price of BMW parts.
On the lookout for temptingly priced angel-eyes for the front. Will probably get them from e-bay.
I got my e36 clear lenses from this chap (but he does e39s too) - search on ebay for him or try his website - look good to me and he's uk based. Here's the "after" pic...http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/shine.greg/E36
