I am in the need of a website building shortly, however, have no idea on how to go about doing this & therefore need to employ a specialist to help.

The website it for my property development company & will be used to advertise current, future & previous developments.

I have seen another site which I like the layout of (with a few changes) & would appreciate thoughts on how much a site similar to this should cost.

Also, once up & running, how would I go about making changes to the site ? Although this wouldn't be too regular is this something the company I employ to design the wesbite would have to do on an ongoing basis ?

Oh... I already own the required domain & have webspace, however, at present just have a holding page with the details of the company, etc, on it.

What kind of costs are involved in a design similar to that I mentioned ?

I already have the logo design, etc, as I had all that done on www.sitepoint.com

Looking at your profile, I see you also have a company that does banners.

The same company is in the need of some banners doing shortly to start self advertising our next development which is due to start in 4 weeks.

My idea is obviously to have the details of the development of the website so that people can look at it without going through evil estate agents.
