The 4.2 leads are longer so you can route them in a bunch around the back of the cam covers and then between the cam cover and the coolant rail. The leads fit between coolant rail and cam cover down onto the plugs.
Tie wrap the leads to the back end of the coolant rail otherwise they can drop down and touch the manifold.

Is that as opposed to going across the top for the 4.5 leads? What are the benfits of this apart from them not getting cooked by the rising heat of the AJP?Tie wrap the leads to the back end of the coolant rail otherwise they can drop down and touch the manifold.

The main benefit for me was that leads tied to the coolant rail are fixed almost along their entire length. It looks right.
The 4.5 leads drapped across the top of the rocker covers so that they can flap about looks all wrong.
On my Chevy engined Cobra, the leads go through holders which are machined bits of metal attached to a botl on the rocker cover and therefore held firmly. I guess you could do this with the Cerb, but even after all that effort I think the 4.2 lead round the back look better

I also liked the idea of routing the HT leads away from the water/air and throttle pot sensor wires which run in the v of the engine at the top.
I just bought a set of Magnecor leads from ACT. In stock, next day delivery, helpfull people. http://www.actproducts.co.uk/ignition.php
That and new plugs totaly cleared up the rough running I was experiencing
