Cruzzin rather slowly northbound up the A34 near Kidlington bout midday - very nice
(pity they forgot to put the top coat on)

I smile extra wide wheneva I see an HSV on UK roads - they are too cool for school

correct me if I am wrong but unlike the cv8 which was holden and the vxr which was hsv, isnt the vxr8 we get not actually the hsv variant?

The VXR8 is a HSV Clubsport R8 but with GTS seats (I think) and maybe a few other GTS differences

"VXR8" is an HSV Clubsport R8 with some bits from the HSV GTS. Deinitely not the Holden, so anyone doing the rebadging thing would be silly to put Holden badges on it wink (other than the lion emblem I think)

Also priced very well in England, even more so when you take your higher wages into account.

yeah but 5 mins after leaving the showroom it aint going to look that shiny - having 2 black cars atm I'm pleased to make it to the end of the street without them starting to look dirty again. The orange side stripes, chrome/silver grill strip and silver fog light surrounds are all an improvement but still prefer the Monaro for looks. Now as for under the bonnet well that may be a different story altogether :-)
