Caliper refurbishing (again!)

I am just doing a refurb on my brake calipers as they are seized (again) due to little use (they have only 7.500 miles on them) .I was wondering if it was possible to lubricate the dry side of the piston with a smear of brake fluid or will this just turn the dust seals to gloop ?

I always use Rubberlube, AP part no:SSB 385 or Delphi part no;LPK102
Not readily available though.
