In no particuar order.

Tiger Woods - Ace, great game and nice to chill out with a few bevvies.
Virtua Tennis - Surprisingly good fun but can get very frustrating when you play the top 16 challenge on the boat as they suddenly jump about 2000% in ability - online is simple and quick.
GoW - Great game - incredible looking. Only just got online and way too addictive - a must buy
Rainbow Six - Another must buy!
Brian Lara Cricket - Again, surprisingly good fun if you are in the mood with a few beers to help pass the time.
Tony Hawks something - came bundled - never play it
Amped3 - Same as above
Command & Conquer - Haven't invested enough time yet to really get into it.
FM2007 - Had FM2006 on the PC and loved it. Hate the interface on the xBox - if you want it you can have it.
Forza - as a complete Petrol Head, this is Nirvana
Oblivion - loads of hours on this now - another cracking game. The main quest is relatively simple and there are some good side qusts too.
Batlestations:Midway - you need to spend a fair bit getting into this and not a bad game
Lost Planet - Got this the same time as Rainbow and have probably played it less than an hour. can't say I find it anywhere near as intuitive as Rainbow or Gears.
PES6 - Good fun footy game
NHL06 - only got for Candian friends of mine. I don't even know what the rules are in ice hockey and always seem to be offside - rarely play
Call of Duty 3 - another nice game but I find the story restrictive.

Now you may have noticed that I have rarely commented about online play - simply because I only got it hooked up a few days ago.

I found the Dead Rising demo more fun than the actual game, didnt want to put the effor (and it seemed like it) into the story/leveling up etc, demo for 15min blasts is ace.

Lost planet (demo) takes a few plays to get used to then I found it excelent, havnt yet got the full game but I wil do one day (used).
