Top Gear shoot - Veyron versus Typhoon (Eurofighter)

Hi everyone,

RAF coningsby is the home of the Eurofighter here in Lincolnshire.
We spotted the topgear team thrashing the Veyron up and down the runway last Tues.
This ended with the usual top gear challenge.

The details of which I won't spoil (unless you really want me too!)

Really nice to see the Veyron in action. Should make a great programme!

i tried to get a sneak peek of this at the unnoficial veiwing area but no joy, but i heard the veyron going for it, what a sound!!!

I understand that the Hamster was driving the Veyron during the filming. I dare say if he'd have shunted the Veyron it would have been a lot bigger news story than his slight offing in the Beemer at the weekend!
