Foam bits beneath my carbon fibre bits
Discussion
Hi Guys,
I have just bought a 97 4.2 Cerbera which I am really happy with. The only problem I have at the 'moment' is that on both driver and passenger side A pillars I have some sort of foam/rubber inserts that run up to the top of the window (underneath the carbon fibre sections to the windscreen) that are falling to bits.
Does anyone know where I can purchase more foam bits from?
I did think about using 'no more big gaps' but I found the colour didnt match

When I had my windscreen replaced, they threw my old broken bits of foam away.
It looked a mess anyway.
I'm guessing they were fitted as an aftermarket thought, to get rid of wind noise or something.
I hadn't seen them on anyone else's car, so I thought my "special foam" was unique.
Anyhoo, the car doesn't seem to sound / act any differently with out it.
The guy at the windscreen place, was under the impression that TVR sold it, so you could try "power" in Cov.
That said, it can't be that hard to get, try ripping your sofa to pieces
