RR Vogue V8 extended warranty?
Discussion
Hi all,
I wonder if any of you can offer me some advice. I have a 2004 54 plate RR Vogue, which shortly runs out of the three year warranty. I understand that Land Rover will offer to extend this for about £1500 per year, which seems a bit steep. Anyone have any views on what the likely risk is, or is there a comparable/better warranty available for less £££.
I've had the car from new, it has done 40k miles, i have the 5 year/75k miles VIP service option, and plan to keep it for another couple of years.
Thanks for your help

Hi, I would try to negotiate a better deal on a two year warranty to see you through to the end of your service agreement.
You only need a front diff to go or something similar to break even!
Other warranties will never cover items the same as the main dealer one, but, after all, its what you can afford at the time.
Cheers Roy
