Lighting for backlit silhouette on the cheap!
Discussion
Can anyone give me any suggestions for how to replicate this kind of look (sorry it's NSFW - was all I could find quickly on Flickr that was close to what I want):

The guy says he's used a flash from the floor but how would I go about setting this up at home. I'm guessing I need:
- Tripod (check)
- White sheet (check)
- Some kind of lights? (haven't currently got)
- Decent flashgun (haven't currently got)
Would similar kit also work for a side-lit portrait type shot (where half the subject is lit and the other half isn't)?
Any advice appreciated!

NSFW again lol
basically all it is is a bright background with no light falling on the front of the model. I did mine with white background and a dark room.

Cool, thanks. Can you tell me what you used for the background (i.e. was it a sheet or something more "high tech"
) and was the background flash lit or some other kind of lighting? Thanks
