Speaking of dealers.
I am not too impressed with the dealers around me as always.
I have a 2006 WRX and a 2003 forester for the wife.
The engine warning light came on a week ago so i told the wife to take it down to the dealer to have it plug in to the PC for a diagnostic.
I was told it would be £60 but i thought what the hell. (£60 for 5 minutes work)frown
The wife must of had a short skirt on or something because the dealer reset the warning all the faults and gave the car a quick once over and fixed my cooling fan which they say was turned on all the time and never charge a dime.
I never seen that coming!

I then phoned the dealer spoken to the guy who done the work and thanked him for his help.

I was amazed even further when he offered to service the car at a reduced hourly rate due to it not being in warranty any more and he did not want to loose my business to local garages.

Should i smell a rat?
Should i follow my wife?
Have i found a great honest dealer who will look after me and my cars?
I will post any fly moves that the dealer will no doubtably use on my first service.

Yes
You should also wear a short skirt next time you visit them.
