It's based on Paul C's one in the race car. A couple of the U.S. guys have gone this way too. (they didn't bother with the silencers though). It performs well, flows beautifully, sounds nice and stays under the noise limit when gunning it on a quiet day at Donny. Pretty much ticks all the boxes I wanted it to !!

and just look, it's a thing of beauty too.......paperbag

No 'y' pipe. Nice.
Did changing the arrangement mean you needed any other upgrades?

OR, you could go with something like this sexy bit of kit. Custom designed and built in the colonies by a friend and I, with no cats, flow through mufflers, near equal length, not too loud, ceramic coated and flows like a gal from Amsterdamn ........ 2.5" pipe from turbo's back

Now that's pretty, and I like all the gold heat shielding. I wonder how much equal lengths are needed on a turbo car scratchchin

common concensus says it's not needed, nor is the cross over pipe, aside from addressing audible issues. Thus, thats why we went with the equal length, to get an nice even rumble !

Ahhh. That would make sense I guess. Would the increased flow have caused any issues mechanically if you hadn't done other stuff?

I agree 100%, it is very important so to look at A/F issues, so not to be too lean, or too rich which can spell major problems in the longer run.

The added bonus of course is more Smooooth HP, while keeping things safe.
