Can anyone post a picture of the boot on a T350 (or Tamora) please? I've only found one pic of the T350 boot (on the PH classifieds) and it looks tiny, but from anecdotal evidence on this forum people seem to be inferring it's much bigger, and can easily fit luggage for a week's holiday.

I don't have a pic, but the boot is extreamly good on a T350, i have had a very large case and also a 2nd large bag in there with no problems at all....you can easily get enough stuff in there for a trip away....

Excellent, that's what I want to hear. I wouldn't be buying till next year, but I always think ahead! I drive an Elise every day, and I love it to bits, but I'd like a car with a bigger boot that I can take on weekends away, or drive through Europe in with room for luggage for two people plus some alcoholic souveniers! I've considered the obvious choices, but most GT cars seem to be designed 90% for posers who want climate control, traction control, stability control etc, and only 10% for enthusiasts who want to actually drive a car.

What's the T350 been like reliability wise?

in my boot i fitted two (offshore type) sized bags, a 6 man tent and a box of 24 beers for a weekend camping at fort william, and put the targa panels in the boot on top of the bags aswell for open air motoring!

in that case, the picture does it no justice. it's fantastic. Me and my mate drove to Le Mans with 2 tents, chairs, 2 large bags, beer, food etc. and still had rear visibility. Probably a better boot than most 'normal' cars to be frank...

T350C boot is plenty big enough for the kit required for a week away. I generally prefer to use soft sided bags rather than suitcases, but even with suitcases, I can still close the luggage area cover.

The boot is a little larger than an Audi TT's. (I know this since we used to have a TT.)

This is nice to hear. There seems to be a collective "wisdom" amongst car manufacturers that sports cars can get away without having boots because they're sports cars. For me, this may be true for something like an Ariel Atom or a Caterham, but cars like the 911 and 360 Modena should be ashamed of themselves - these aren't sports car, but sports cars & GTs rolled into one, with climate control, sat nav and whatever else. One of the great joys of owning a car like that is to drive it through Europe with your girlfriend/wife/best mate! TVR seem to have got it right.

Another nod from me! I loved the Chim for it's large boot, and the T350 was low on my list for a replacement, but now I have one I realise that it's not far off the same size as the Chim. I too the car and wife to France last week, and we could have filled it three times over with the stuff we took, though it's always good to frighten the wife into travelling a bit lighter! hehe

I came from an S1 Elise to a T350. Believe me, compared to what you are used to, the space is excellent.

Edited to add the T350 has been approx twice as expensive to run as the Elise. I've done 4.5k and only had one issue - rear drive shaft and the warranty took care of most of that.
