Surely we should be hearing something soon, predictions of the outcome?

I reckon it will either be a fine or more than likely a deduction of constructors points for Mclaren.

Autosport said they'd adjourned for lunch earlier today, but that Mclaren folks were looking upbeat. RD made no comment. Don't forget they're an hour behind us in Paris though so may not be an official release until time for this evening's news I think.

It's looking REALLY bad for them.

Possible total exclusion from next year's F1 championship.

if mclaren get excluded then so should every other team - there is no way to prevent IP transfer between teams with so many personnel changing teams.

all you have to do is look at the red bull - it's pretty much half a mclaren (inevitably!). so difficult to judge what is someone elses IP, and also if it offers an advantage. shouldn't these things have to be 'beyond any reasonable doubt'?

What!? Is that an assumption on behalf on Planet F1, or the true outcome?
They lifted a story from Autosport which Autosport have now removed.
