Seems the source of my recent problems is a seized air-con compressor.
Does anyone know whether they're rebuildable or should I be handing over a wad of cash to a Ferrari dealer for a new one?

cheers,
D

I remember reading a thread either on here or on maseratiforum.co.uk about doing this. There is a specialist air-con company that can sort (replace) it IIRC. I also remember it being a bit of a pain......

Best to get searching before handing it over to a dealer.

Check if David Askew has one from a dismantled/crashed car
http://web.onetel.net.uk/~davidaskew/maserati/cont...
if he has it'll be a fraction of the price.

Cheers. I sent him a mail yesterday, but no reply as yet.
