One my fleet cars has developed an intermittent problem, the engine management light comes on, power goes, I guess to a limp home mode, but a swift re-start solves the issue.

Any ideas before I let the car lose on Vauxhall? It is almost out of its warranty, and I want to sell it quite soon as my Sales Director wants an Octavia vRS!

Haven't had the same problem on the same engine in the four other cars that we have run.

Any thoughts? Cheers chaps and chapesses

No idea without plugging the car in. Fairly common problem on Vauxhalls for the engine management light to come on and when the engine is switched off then on again the light goes out.

I'd get it to Vx ASAP as clearly something isn't right.

yeah, its already booked in. The warranty is literally about to run out so I am confident in them, but I will put the rocket up them if they don't play ball.

I have had my fair share of rubbish from main dealers so my patience is very very short when it comes to such matters!
