Speedometer problems.

My speedo has decided to stop working but acts like its had the blue pill after 10 minutes and swings into action.

Also the milometer has stopped working. I have done the usual, hitting the dial while going forwards and backwards etc……….

Any ideas?????

Sounds like you need a new speedo sensor - think they are about £55 from www.tvrcarparts.co.uk or www.clever-trevor.net

The heat from the diff is warming it up which is probably why it kicks into life after 10 minutes or so.
It will probably stop working completely within a few weeks....
