Unmarked car on M40

[Lindgreen]

Travelling south on the M40 about 10 miles from Banbury, I saw an unmarked black Mitsubishi Evo IX police car, with blue lights inside rear window, on the hard standing having just pulled another car over.

Perhaps it was the OP that was pulled over?

What other reason to wait 12 months to make the first post on PH.
