Finally this has been confirmed, I bought a 360 last March but other than DOA4 there hasn't been anything that has interested me (don't like FPS's or driving sims).

The preview shots look stunning:

Played the first one to death, best ninja game since Super Shinobi on the Genesis.

I have an actual car which I drive every day, don't really care for coming home and then pretending to drive another car.

If I was a ninja I'd probably not care for ninja games.

And do you not like FPS games because you also kill aliens, monsters and terrorists in real life? biggrin

Must admit it's normaly the other way round with games though.Football lovers irl often love the footy games, boxing fans love boxing games, petrol heads love car racers etc etc. Each to their own though.

Anyway, it does look good that NG2, lots of blood by the looks of things.I never did finish the first one so i hope
it has a 'ninja skills for dummies' mode otherwise i probably won't finish this one either : p

I don't like FPS's because I find them to be all the same, ever since Doom and Unreal we've had IMO the same game over and over again to the point I find them a little bland, also I suck at them big time biggrin

Also with a 3rd person game like NG the character you play can do somersaults, run on walls or perform various acrobatics which wouldn't work if viewed in the 1st person.

Would be nice if someone did a 1st person space sim, there was an awesome game years ago called Conflict Freespace which was fantastic but there's never been anything like that since.

With driving games despite looking fantastic these days they just don't translate a sensation of driving or speed, I do play them but I don't get excited about them. I prefer the arcade types like Outrun or Daytona TBH.

I've no interest in sport so would never play a sports sim.

Love fighting games, Tekken, DOA, Fight Night, Soul Calibre etc are ace & fighting combined with an RPG adventure like NG makes for me the best game ever, must have completed the first one 20 times, will buy a PS3 just to play the HD version too.
