Micro filter Service due - 1 series

Anyone know what is involved with this? Apparently its A/C related.

Been quoted £140 all in from dealer. Seems way too much if its only for some kind of Air Filter.

I dont know why so much for that model, but I have just been quoted £55.54 for the micro filter replacement !

Thats on a 330d E91.
