Hi All !

Following a trip to UK, I am now keen on TVR Chimaera and Griffth. I would like to buy a used one.

The problem is that as I live in France, I have to register the car there. And dealing with the French Administration is not an easy stuff !

I tried to contact French TVR owners to get some help but I still don't know if I can register a TVR in France and what model I can bring (year and motor).

All the more there is no more official dealers to help...

Could you give me some advices ?

Thanks in advance !

There's a Dutch guy, he moved to France and took his Griffith with him. His name is Gerjo, maybe you can ask him how he did it. You can reach him via this website:

He now runs that resort.

Thank you very much for your answer Fred ! I sent Gerjo an e-mail.

In any case, I will keep you informed. I don't think that I am the only one having a such problem !

You should call Mark at the English Car Mechanics in Nice - they are the French TVR main dealer, run by a couple of ex-pat Brits thumbup
