Is it posible on a flapper to adjust the mixture. or is it all controled by the ECR.

The car is running fine, but just a bit richer than I remember.

IIRC the AFM adjust only does the tickover mixture.

Thanks
Leigh

You can lower the fuel rail pressure a little if you want. If youve got an adjustable regulator, there'll be a hex depression in one end, and if you screw it out a little with an allen key (like a very small amount) it'll weaken the mixture. You really need (NEED) a fuel pressure gauge for this though. Unplug the CSV and clamp the gauge in its place. Turn the ignition on and close the fuel pump contacts either by lifting the lid on the afm and wedging someting in there, or by shorting out the relevant pins on the plug. then unscrew the reg adjuster until youve dropped a couple of PSI.

Remember what the pressure was before in case it doesnt work out!

Ed.

PS. Ramon, not trying to wind you up this is genuine praise.
