shocks and spring tension ?

i have recently fitted some new shocks (adjustable gaz shocks and springs) but i am wondering what sort of spring tension they need ,also do you need more tension at the back or front ?what is the prescribed method of setting these up..any info greatly appreciated

If you're fitting them yourself then the suppliers should explain how to fit them and set them up. If they won't, or you can't follow what they're saying, I'd suggest you get somebody to set them up for you. Although it won't take long it does take a moderate amount of knowledge and experience. If they're set up wrongly you may severely compromise the car's ride comfort and handling.
