Given the following two 'statistics':
So - you're much better off speeding, and 198 times less likely to have an accident.

- One third of all accidents are caused by speed
- 99% of all drivers speed
So - you're much better off speeding, and 198 times less likely to have an accident.

Given the following two 'statistics':it must be the other 1% of drivers, who don't speed, who have the other two thirds of accidents.
- One third of all accidents are caused by speed
- 99% of all drivers speed
So - you're much better off speeding, and 198 times less likely to have an accident.
