Great Service from MSM!

Saturday morning, churning through the mail, and i remembered I needed to make some changes and get some advice from MSM Insurance.

So I sent off a quick email, thinking that I'd get some answers when i got home on Monday evening.

Blow me! email sent at 11:03, answer (v.helpfull) came back at 11:20.

When i took out their kit car policy, it was bit cheaper than Flux, but a much better package, and you get real service!.

I've had all sorts of queries and stuff sorted by Dave at MSM in the evening or at weekends.

While I didn't take out my insurance with them, they did thank me for my reply and wished me the best when I said that I'd unfortunately gone with another insurer.

Certainly great customer service!
