Lotus esprit turbo 1984 help needed!

Hi Everyone, ive just purchased a 1984 lotus esprit turbo, ive wanted one since i was little! finally taken the plunge anyway i have a problem!
The air conditioning unit & the interior fan does not work at all....i thought i would start @ what to me is the obvious point( fuses/relays) ....there lies my problem, i cant find the fuse box!! a friend told me they were behind the dash? but i cant locate, any help would be much appreciated!

Lift glovebox lid. Look on the inside RHS.

I think it's fuse number 3, which should be 17Amp.
