Typical cost of small industrial units

Just for fag packet maths, what would one expect to pay for 800sq ft industrial unit, double height to allow a mezzanine floor and close to a marina in say the s/east or s/west

When you say industrial unit I assume you mean something with with a B1 class, rather than purely offices or retail?

I don't have anything that small, but we've got some units around the 1400sqft size for around £12k pa.

Somewhere between £6 and £9 per sqft, depending on location etc...
