yes there are various threads on this, basically you will need to change your ignition timing if you change from regular unleaded to superunleaded or V-Power...

do a search and see what you find and then decide if you want to make the change...

Mark - I think I'm right in thinking that you only have to fiddle with a wire or something in the fusebox area to alter the timing - you don't have to mess about with the oily bits.
Have you got a Haynes Manual for a Sierra V6 ?

I'd get the haynes aswell yes - get looking on ebay you'll get a used one for under a fiver. Make sure you get the V6 engine version.

The Haynes manual is more in depth with the oily bits, whereas the Steve Heath Manual is much more specific with the TVR bits.

You can't have too much information !
