Just want to run something past someone as I may need to engage the services of a lawyer type person.
Bit cheeky I know but before I go and hire someone I would like to get a quick idea of my situation and my normal lawyer is a partner at a firm that cannot work on this due to a conflict!
Anyone willing to give me a quick opinion as to if I should push something or not? If so, please PM me. I'll post in P&P forum as well...
