Chasis trolley?

Getting things ready at present so once i order/get kit delivered i will be in position to start without too many issues.

Being the proud owner of a single london garage, i have some problems with space, however i do have space outside my garage in which to build the car for the more awkward bits etc.

So what i was wondering is can anyone reccomend a manufacturer of a chasis trolley (not sure if thats what its called) with wheels which would be suitable for building a fisher fury on?

Or is it better to try and knock one up myself (i am shockingly bad at welding)

any suggestions appreciated

I think both Clarke and Sealey do them.

Has some many years back when I still had a job and a garage and some money.

They come as a pair which gives you length adjustment and have forks that slide across a beam to adjust for width, plus big castors so you can move things round easily.

I built one out of 4x2 with two pieces of timber across the frame to take the weight of the chassis. On each corner I put some chunky castors from B&Q.

The chassis got mighty heavy once a few aluminium panels were riveted on though. If you get the kit to the rolling stage fairly quickly machine mart do some wheel dollys that can be put under each wheel and then the kit can be pushed around as required.
