Ultima GTR build cost???

Just a quickie before I scoot off to watch Top Gear, but I was thinking (and at this stage it is only a thought) about selling my Westfield Megabusa and buying a GTR in kit form, BUT I've no idea of the total actual cost. Sourcing engine and transmission would be no problem, so how much did yours cost YOU?
